It will be an honor to walk with you through this final phase of your ACBC certification journey. You’ve worked hard to reach this point, and I’m excited to help you sharpen your skills and grow in the sufficiency of Scripture as you engage in this meaningful work of soul care.
To begin—should you choose me as your supervisor, you should visit your ACBC Dashboard and notify ACBC that I will be serving as your supervisor during this phase. This step is important to ensure your Case Report Forms and progress are appropriately tracked.
Next, gather the necessary documents to assist you in the process. These include:
- The Personal Data Inventory (PDI)
- Case Report Forms
- The Informed Consent Form
- The Audio Recording Permission Form
We will provide you with a Dropbox link to access the documents you need. Feel free to download them and adapt the formatting to suit your computer system. Whether you prefer Pages for Mac or Word for PC, it’s entirely up to you. However, it’s critical to remember that while you can reformat the documents for clarity and usability, the content must remain unchanged unless you have specific approval from ACBC.
This community is here to support you, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you encounter challenges or need clarity on any part of the process. You will do that on your unique forum thread, which we will create for you, so you can keep your questions, comments, and concerns in one place.
