Purpose of Our Support Email

I want to highlight a vital pro tip: When to Use the Support Email. While I’ve touched on this topic before, it’s important enough to warrant its own focus. This practice helps us maintain order amidst the busyness of our ministry while serving you effectively.

Primary Use of the Support Email

All communication outside your personal forum thread should be limited to the following:

Submitting Required Documents:

  • PDIs: Email your completed PDIs.
  • Case Report Forms: Send each CRF after the corresponding session via email.

Submitting Audio Recordings:

  • The audio files are large, so send them through Dropbox or Google Drive—whichever you prefer. Then, email me the link so I can access it immediately.

Scheduling Zoom Sessions:

  • Use email to coordinate and confirm your Zoom meetings with Lucia.

Submission Email Address

Why This Matters

Our ministry is wonderfully busy, and our team is small but dedicated. We also serve an international community, which means emails come in at all hours due to different time zones. By keeping all non-administrative communication (like questions or discussions) on your personal forum thread, we create an efficient system:

  • It consolidates counseling-related dialogue in one place.
  • It ensures our email inbox is reserved for administrative needs, submissions, and ministry operations.

The Role of Forums

Forums are the best place for questions, updates, and interaction with me or others. Keeping everything in your personal forum thread also allows me to track your progress and provide meaningful input without searching through email chains.

Your unique forum gives you a journal of your journey with us.

Final Encouragement

This system helps us serve you well while effectively stewarding our time and resources. By following these guidelines, you’re helping us maintain an efficient and mission-focused ministry.

I appreciate your cooperation, and remember:

  • Email is for submissions and scheduling.
  • Use your personal forum thread for everything else.
  • Let’s keep this process simple and effective as we work together to serve others for the glory of God!

Peace,
Rick
