Shipping
Most in-stock orders are delivered as soon as possible unless otherwise stated. Please allow additional time for orders placed during the holiday season and shipping outside the continental U.S.
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
Returns & Refunds
We will not grant a refund or credit or replace a Product unless the Product was misprinted, the Product was damaged, or does not match the fulfillment information.
To request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph, a brief explanation of the problem, and your order number to support@lifeovercoffee.com within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective or unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returned items are subject to inspection before processing.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange your item for the same item but a different size, email us with your order number at support@lifeovercoffee.com for further instructions. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping & Returns Policy
This shipping and returns policy (“Policy“) is between you and Life Over Coffee and its affiliates (“Company,” “we,” or “us“). It governs shipping, returns, and exchanges concerning Products you purchase from us (collectively the “Products”). By using the Life Over Coffee Store (the “Service“) or purchasing any item thereon by purchasing a subscription on Life Over Coffee (the “Website“) you agree to this Policy. We reserve the right to refuse Service or selling Products to anyone for any reason.
By using the Services or purchasing a Product, you also agree to the Life Over Coffee Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS POLICY CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER, WHICH AFFECT HOW DISPUTES WITH US ARE RESOLVED. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE ARBITRATION PROVISION (SECTION 7). PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
1: Products or Services
Certain Products or Services may be available exclusively online through the Website. These Products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to this Policy. We have made every effort to accurately display the colors and images of our Products that appear in the Life Over Coffee Store and the Website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products or Services we offer. All descriptions of Products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
2: Shipping
We do not ship our Products outside of the United States.
Warehouse processing times are different for each Product in your order. Most in-stock orders are shipped as soon as possible (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) following order placement unless stated otherwise in the Product’s shipping description page and your order confirmation email for each item purchased. Because each purchased item requires a specific warehouse processing time, certain Products may delay the shipment of your entire order. Orders received after 2 pm E.S.T. will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing the following Monday, excluding United States federal holidays.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard domestic shipping varies for delivery on domestic orders to the contiguous United States, so please track your packages through the shipping site. Please allow additional time for orders placed during the holiday season or shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. Shipping orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and military base APO/FPO will take additional time. Certain Products ship directly from the Product supplier regardless of any other items in the order. The shipping Product descriptions and your confirmation email mention items that ship directly from a supplier. Additional shipping rates may apply to these items.
Though we try our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive within a specific time frame.
3: Returns & Refunds
We will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a Product unless:
- The Product was misprinted in the case of a print or promotional product;
- The Product was damaged or
- The Product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., a printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly, or the Product is the wrong size, color, or type).
We have the sole discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method), credit your account, or replace a Product. To request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph and a brief explanation of the problem to support@lifeovercoffee.com within 30 days of delivery. Return or exchange requests made more than 30 days after delivery will not be honored. Gift cards and gift vouchers are non-refundable.
For clarification, we will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a Product solely because:
- It was unsatisfactory for any reason (excluding the matching of the provided fulfillment information)
- The shipping provider did not complete the delivery or was late. (In such cases, you must place a new order, or the recipient of the individual order must attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping provider.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Proof of purchase cannot be verified.
- Item has been washed (applicable to promotional clothing items)
- Items that have been worn, are dirty, or smell of cologne or perfume (applicable to promotional clothing items).
All returned items are subject to inspection before processing. Returns are not accepted unless the customer obtains a return merchandise authorization from us. Please email support@lifeovercoffee.com with your order number for further refund instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
The shipping cost initially paid to ship your items will not be refunded. You are responsible for all freight charges, duties, and tariffs in returning a Product to the designated return location.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Unfortunately, we cannot control how long your bank or credit card company takes to show that the refund is posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have not received an expected refund, we recommend the following:
- First, check your bank account.
- Next, contact your credit card company.
- Next, contact your bank.
- If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lifeovercoffee.com.
4: Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange an item of clothing for the same item but a different size, email us your order number at support@lifeovercoffee.com. Once we receive your email, we will give you instructions to expedite the handling process. Please send your item to:

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initially shipping your item or items will be deducted from your refund. This is true even if your Product’s shipping qualifies for free shipping. The shipping costs will always be deducted from your refund, even if you were not initially charged for shipping.
If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and by shipping an item, you assume the risk of any loss or damage.
5: Changes to Policy
You can review the most current version of this Policy at any time on the Website. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of this Policy by posting updates and changes to the Website. It is your responsibility to check our Website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our Website, the Service following the posting of any changes to this Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
6: Privacy
All information we collect via the Service, the Website, or in connection with our Products is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, the Service, or by purchasing a Product, you consent to all our actions concerning your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
7: Dispute Resolution
Any controversy, claim, or Dispute arising out of or related to this Policy or the relationship of the parties, including, but not limited to, alleged violations of state or federal statutory or common law rights or duties (a “Dispute“) shall be solely and exclusively resolved according to the procedures outlined in this Section. If we cannot resolve any Dispute through informal means, either party may initiate binding arbitration of such Dispute. The demand for arbitration shall be made within a reasonable time after the Dispute has arisen, but in no event shall it be made more than one year from when the aggrieved party knew or should have known of the controversy, claim, or facts forming the basis of the Dispute. The arbitration shall be initiated and conducted according to the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules (the “Arbitration Rules“). The arbitration shall be conducted in Greenville, South Carolina, before a single neutral arbitrator appointed by the Arbitration Rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the arbitrator shall not have the power to award indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages against any party. The Arbitration Rules and applicable law shall determine arbitration costs and fees. Each party shall pay its attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses, regardless of which party prevails. Still, a party may recover any or all of its attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses from another party if the arbitrator, applying applicable law, so determines. No Dispute may be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, and the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator, if any, may be entered for enforcement purposes in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, EACH PARTY IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ITS RIGHT TO PRESENT A DISPUTE IN COURT, RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, AND ANY RIGHT IT MAY HAVE TO JOIN CLAIMS OR DISPUTES WITH THOSE OF OTHERS IN THE FORM OF A CLASS ACTION OR SIMILAR PROCEDURAL DEVICE.
This Section 7 shall be governed solely by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §1, et seq., and not by the law of any state, and is enforceable under its terms on a self-executing basis. You and the Company agree that we intend that this Section satisfies the “writing” requirement of the Federal Arbitration Act. This Section can only be amended by mutual agreement. Either party may seek enforcement of this Section in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator shall determine any challenges to the arbitrability of a claim.
8: Governing Law.
The Terms and any Disputes, and any other claim brought by you against us or by us against you under Section 7, or otherwise related to this Policy or our Products or Services, will be governed by, construed, and resolved by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
9: Disclaimer.
YOUR USE OF ANY PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CAN BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
