Core Components

We integrate our program with relationships, the local church, and Christ our King. A high view of the church is essential as we work together to glorify Christ through our care for one another.

Relationally-Centered: Our goal is to help students apply biblical truths personally. By understanding and practicing the Bible authentically, students can care for others by modeling Christ-like behavior and providing wise, scriptural guidance for others to follow (Ephesians 5:1; 1 Corinthians 11:1; Philippians 4:9).

Church-Centered: We believe that every Christian is a disciple, and the local church is the best place for sanctification outside of the home. Our training equips students to impact their local churches through practical discipleship care, bringing joy to their leaders (Hebrews 13:17).

Christ-Centered: We believe Christ speaks to all aspects of life, but many Christians struggle to connect the gospel to their daily lives. Our aim is to help students perceive, understand, and apply these gospel connections. While the practical elements of this program are challenging, they are also the most rewarding.
