HIRING: Social Media Marketing Strategist

Life Over Coffee is seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Strategist to drive our online presence, grow our audience, and amplify our mission of practical, transformational discipleship. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who has a proven track record of success, demonstrated by a robust resume (required) and CV (if available) showcasing measurable results in social media marketing.

This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on objective metrics and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a content calendar that includes branded reels, testimonials, thematic posts, and engaging live sessions.
• Platform Management: Focus on growing engagement on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube through short-form videos, targeted campaigns, and live Q&As.
• Community Engagement: Respond promptly to comments and direct messages, fostering a vibrant and connected online community.
• Metrics-Driven Growth: Use analytics tools to track and report on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics, adapting strategies as needed.
• Email Marketing Integration: Collaborate on newsletters and automated funnels to convert followers into active community members and donors.
• Paid Advertising Expertise: Manage and optimize paid campaigns to expand our reach and maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: A strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating success in growing and managing social media platforms, particularly through video content and engagement strategies.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate organizational goals into actionable marketing plans with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Facebook Ads Manager), analytics platforms, and email marketing systems.
• Excellent Communication: Strong writing and storytelling skills to authentically convey our message.
