The Fallacy of Personality Assessments

There is a fallacy of personality assessments that makes them inferior judgments when you compare them to our character. If a person focuses exclusively on their personality, it will become their identity, which will keep them from changing. A better way to think about ourselves is by assessing our character, comparing it to Christ, and plot a course to change our character, which will change us.
