This webinar is not an exhaustive treatment on this subject, but it gives a few essential things to begin building a biblical counseling ministry in a local church. It’s for pastors who want to know how to identify the correct point person, the leader, so they have reasonable expectations and for the church as they gear up to embrace a discipleship/counseling worldview.
